    React Native with Expo when one team should ship iOS, Android and web together. Flutter when the product calls for it. Camera capture, device location, push notifications and uploads that keep going in the background.

    Backend

    APIs, data models and the jobs that run behind them.

    Node.js and Express or Python and FastAPI, chosen per product. PostgreSQL as the system of record, with pgvector when retrieval is part of the job. Redis and Celery for queues and long-running work.

    Containers, reverse proxies, background workers and GPU capacity where the pipeline needs it. Authentication, payments in more than one market, webhooks, notifications and storage that can move from local disk to object storage without a rewrite.

    We start with the product, not the tech. What it is, who it is for, what has to be true on day one. Prototypes on real devices settle arguments early.

    Build

    Design and engineering run together in short cycles. You get working builds from the first weeks, not a reveal at the end.

    Harden

    Auth, billing, quotas, queues, retries, fallbacks, observability. The unglamorous work that makes a product survive real users.

    Ship

    App Store, Play Store, web and cloud. Documented, deployable, and yours. We stay on for the parts that only show up in production.
